Manage customer apps
Deploys, logs, domains, backups and restore.
Deploys and logsLink to this section: Deploys and logs
Customer panel links to Deploys and Logs. The app workspace contains its own deployments and runtime logs. Every query is scoped to your workspace. A failed request remains visible with its result; do not repeat uncertain provider work.
DomainsLink to this section: Domains
Use Domains to inspect your workspace addresses and request DNS changes. New addresses and public launches follow the existing operation approval flow. The one-click simulator uses reserved example.test names; real DNS is not changed.
Backups and restoreLink to this section: Backups and restore
Open Backups and restore. Choose an app and take a backup. Choose a verified backup and review exactly what will be restored before requesting restore approval. Restore takes a safety backup first. Customer backup limits never block system safety backups.
Simulation verifies local database, files and configuration copies. This is not verification of a production WordPress volume or remote database backup. Secret values are excluded from configuration backups.
TroubleshootingLink to this section: Troubleshooting
If setup is waiting, check Billing, Approvals and Logs. Rejected requests do not silently approve themselves. A missing or revoked connection needs review. Live provider setup remains a separate owner-approved rollout.
